I have known San Fernando, Cebu as a place with no white sand beaches. But to compensate for such flaws are the beautiful mountain resorts. Hidden Paradise, Singli, and Tophills are such mountain resorts. Though the beaches in San Fernando are not that great, they still have to say when it comes to resorts near the beach.
Pulchra Resort in San Isidro, San Fernando is known as a luxury resort in the south of Cebu. With class accommodation and high-end facilities, the resort is liked by its foreign guests. I couldn't afford this place, at least for now. Hahaha!
Another soon-to-be launch and what this post is all about is the new resort in San Fernando, Paulo Luna Resort & Spa. Though the place is nothing like Pulchra Resort, Paulo Luna Resort offers a relaxing experience at an affordable price. The resort is not officially open, they're still working on the final touches of the place but it is already accepting guests and visitors.

You'll surely be going to love the pools. The pool in the main building is rectangular in shape, good for guests who want to try their proper swimming skills. The deepest part is 6 ft. if I'm not mistaken.

And there are 3 more pools at the back portion of the resort, near the beach. 1 of them is a kiddie pool, another is a small pool 5 ft deep in my estimation, and the biggest pool which has the deepest area of 8 ft.
5 ft deep pool if I'm right. |

Overnight staying is not a problem in the resort because they have nice-looking rooms. The room rate ranges from 2 - 5 thousand pesos. I've asked a personnel there about how many people the 2 thousand pesos room can accommodate. And he says it's good for 2 persons. But I guess an additional head will still be okay because the room looks big.
Here are some rooms at the back portion of the resort. |
I think they also accept hosting gatherings and other activities because there's a specious function hall near the main building.

Paulo Luna Resort has a great view also at the back portion where the pools are located. Decorated by wooden chair and bench, it adds story to the scenery.

Take a look at the photo of me below, how's that for a relaxing experience? It was such a great place and I'm definitely going to plan my next visit. ^^

DeleteHi, how do we get there if we take a bus going to San Fernando? Is it near the road? Thanks! Nice blog
ReplyDeleteHello Abi, just tell the driver you're getting off in the arc "arko" near San Fernando public cemetery and the resort is a walking distance from there.
Deleteupdated ni? walay corkage? basig nimahal na ilang rates ba. basig nanay bayad ang table hehe thank you :)
ReplyDeleteNo corkage, as posted, tables and chairs are inclusive of the 200 pesos entrance. I think there's no changes in the rates. I was there late last year and it's still the same.
DeleteHi. Do they have day use rooms?
ReplyDeleteHello, I think you can arrange that with them.
Deletethe place is sooo nice but they have increased their entrance fee to 350php, and they do also have corkage fee

ReplyDeleteHi i wonder if i can bring a hammock?
ReplyDeleteHello! I haven't read a restriction on bringing a hammock, so I guess it's allowed. But the thing is, there's no area in the resort that a hammock be easily placed. There's not much trees that you can tie it up.
DeleteHi how about we just use table and pool? how much it cost?
ReplyDeleteHello. Table and chairs and the use of the pool is the inclusion of your 300 pesos entrance, that's far as I know.
